Fuel Ordering: Authorise a Fill Before the Vehicle Arrives
Most fuel cards secure transactions with a PIN alone. PetroClub requires two things to match simultaneously — making fraud virtually impossible.
Manager Creates Order
Log in to the PetroClub fleet portal. Select the vehicle, station, fuel type, and quantity or rand value authorised.
Order Sent to Station
The authorisation is transmitted in real time to the selected partner station.
Driver Arrives
The driver presents the vehicle Smart Tag and their PIN. The attendant confirms the pre-authorised order on the terminal.
Fuel Dispensed
Fuel is dispensed up to the pre-authorised amount only. Any shortfall or overage is recorded automatically.
Transaction Logged
The completed transaction — with vehicle, driver, quantity, location and timestamp — appears immediately in the fleet dashboard.
